WATER_TOOL - Puts water around your home
SIM_HOUR - (Values 1-24)
SET_SPEED - (Values -1000 - +1000 )
INTERESTS - Lets you change there personalitys and interests
AUTONOMY - (Values 0-100)-How much the Sims think on their own
GROW_GRASS - (VALUES 0-150)-
MAP_EDIT ON - Self explainitory
MAP_EDIT OFF - Self explainitory
Move_objects ON - Delete anything including people
ROUTE_BALLOONS ON - Self explainitory
ROUTE_BALLOONS OFF - Self explainitory
SWEEP - Shows the "ticks" in the game (Values on/off)
DRAW_ALL_FRAMES - Self explanitory
TILE_INFO - Self explanitory

You need to press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + C during game to display the command prompt
Here are some more:

Display Personality and Interests: Select a Sim, then type "interests" at the command prompt.


Draw all frames: Type “draw_all_frames on” at the command prompt. To turn it off, type "draw_all_frames off" at the command prompt.


Map Editor: To enable the map editor, type "map_edit on" at the command prompt.
To turn it off again, type "map_edit off" at the command prompt.


Route Balloons: Type “route_balloons on” at the command prompt. This displays little balloons explaining why a character is delayed or not doing what you asked. To turn it off, type "route_balloons off" at the command prompt.

Set event logging mask: Type “log_mask” at the command prompt.


Set free thinking level: Type “autonomy #” at the command prompt, where # is an
IQ between 1 and 100.

Set grass growth: Type “grow_grass #” at the command prompt, where # is a rate
of growth between 1 and 150.

Tile Information: Type “tile_info on” at the command prompt, then move your
cursor over any object for detailed information. To turn it off again, type "tile_info off" at the command prompt.

Toggle "Ticks": Type "sweep on" or "sweep off" at the command prompt.

Klapaucius is only avaible on regular the sims. On Deluxe Edition you must Type Rosebud. Klapaucius dosen't work on Deluxe Edition.
