Access Cheats: Enter a name listed below at the enter name screen. If entered correctly you will hear, "Cheat Mode Enabled".
Unlock All Tracks:

Then goto the empty garages and check out the new cars.
Unlock All Cars:

Using the horn you can shoot at other vehicles.
