Download Mozilla firefox from www.getfirefox.com
Download the ReloadEvery Extension from reloadevery.mozdev.org
Then use it to refresh. I'd advise everyone to use many tabs. BTW, please don't ask me to explain this. Its quite simple.

If you are talking about gaia online...

You can use 1 tab w/ the refresher and get the same amount of gold as using 20 tabs...

Set the refresh interval to 20 seconds... setting it to 1 second will slow your computer down and will only get you the same amount of gold 20 seconds will...

*sigh* Experiment...
