Refreshing at 20 seconds will soothe your computer.. at 5 seconds it will get you the same amount of gold as 20...
Botting in SOME cases are detectable..
I bot and post every 45 seconds (which is the limit cooldown) and it's very easy...
Btw: I get 50,000 gold a day. ^^

Overnight Gaia cheat :: Go to google and search "Free Auto Macro Recorder". Download and follow instructions etc. Go to psting pasge on a bumping thread, then press F10. record over that file, press yes. Click in the message box, type 'Bump'. Wait 44 seconds, press submit. Wait until you get to the thread page, press post reply. When there, click in the textbox then press f11. Go into the options for the macro, under repeat times put 99999. then save and go back to the webpage you are on (should still be at posting reply) and click F9, and select allrec.txt (or whatever you saved the file as) and it will start going. When you get back in the morning it will still be going. In this way you will get many more posts but it does not work if you are on the comp trying to do other things, you have to have the webpage open and not move the mouse at all or it won't work right.
