Combat FS from Microsoft is definitely the best game ever (I think). When you are not a qualified pilot and you cannot just go out and fly a plane - this is definitely the next best thing. Combat FS1 can be developed a huge amount - creating planes and scenery designed to your own needs/wants is brilliant. CFS2 has much better damage profiles, and CFS3, well, what can I say? It may need a very high spec computer to run it, but who cares? It is incredibly realistic, the clouds look gorgeous, and the planes look just like the real thing. You cannot beat a battle in Combat Flight Simulator 1, 2 or 3.

if CFS was on gameboy it would never beat Pokemon.
why the hell are you flying in clouds when your supposed to be bombing an airfield?

1. Well you have to fly at high altitude to get there.
2. They are part of the scenery - making the simulation much better.
And pokémon is a little cartoon, which, I agree, is fun, but hardly like real life - is it?
And Flight Simulators require skill. Anyone can play pokémon (I do sometimes, in fact), but not everyone has the ability to fly an aircraft. And you cannot personalise pokémon, can you? You cannot wander around in places you yourself created. You cannot extend pokémon or change it to your likeing. You cannot get new pokémon to add onto your game, and personalise that pokémon so that it behaves exactly as you want it to. You can with Flight Sims. You can downlaod a new plane, customise it, build scenery and a panel, even sound files, for that plane, and then fly there! You have extended it to the point where almost everything is your own.
Pokémon is a fixed game, if you don't like it when you but it - there is nothing you can do!

- The only thing stopping pokemon from being real life are little creatures that live inside a ball 10 cm in diamiter, some of the creatures being the size of a blue whale, and that can make a giant crack suddenly appear, surf in a dry building and create thunderstorms.
- Pokemon, belive it or not, requires skill. Skill in rasing Pokemon, strategy, what pokemon to choose at the begining...
- "You cannot wander around in places you yourself created." Oh yes you can, you select, design and play in your own secret base and costimise it with tables, mats posters, slides, tents etc.
oh and lastly, I was talking about the game if it was on gb. it would be never as good as pokemon then

Good point. Playing flight simulators on a gameboy is like trying to balance a egg on your head while doing the hokey-pokey.
ie. Impossible and completely pointless.

It would be quite good, the graphics on game boy arn't bad, and the game would be made less sensetive and it would have less realisitic movements
Otherwise, it would be:

Naa, I think Gameboy graphics are rubbish (compared to PC).

They are quite good, considering their size...

That's what I said - compared to PC. They'll never be as good as PC because they're so small. But they are good compared to, say, a mobile phone's graphics.

Hey Assit. Forum Admin.!
I agree, I have Pokemon as well as CFS and I have completed Pokemon.
It is REALLYboring once you do everything!!
CFS provides neverending thrill.
Also, the clouds are good; but really irritating if you're chasing someone through them.
Hope this helps your case!!!

Riccie, you have a point. Pokemon comes to an end. What a shame. I have CFS now, and I agree, it can be a lot better.
