TEXTWhile fighting the cell jrs. when you are fighting as piccolo(The first one to fight a cell jr.) after you kill it quickly charge a spin punch before he blows up and don't let go then as you are fighting with Vegeta(The second person) he will be glowing this does not power you up in any way and it stops when you are hit ;DJust the fact that he glows is cool also you can be vegeta and use it for trunks to glow 8-)Please try it!
