Get a level 65 ferreligator that knows bite,slash,surf and any other move of your choice (i used hydro pump)
on the first guy use bite on all his pokemon some may take a couple of hits to go down.
on the second guy use slash
third one use surf
fourth one use slash but not on gengar(use bite) or the fire dog (forget the name) (use surf)
for the last guy use combination of bite and slash (whatever works for you) and surf on charizard.
this is the best way to do it (though there was that time I beat charizard with a level 40 meganium...)
now just slap an expierience share on a weak pokemon and do it again
