Rayquaza /legendary/ Lv.70/ Sky Pillar *Very hard to catch if you don't possess the master ball. You can access him after you beat the Elite Four and Steven Stone and you also need the mach bike.
Fly to Pacifidlog town and surf east until you find a cove enter it a and go through the short tunnel, you'll exit to find a building. Rayquaza is at the top. All monsters found are Lv.48 - about Lv.54. These include Claydol and Banette as well as others. You need the mach bike to zip across the cracks. The rest is up to you to figure out. I know, but that's my little secret!
*Also, Rayquaza is the strongest monster in the game, but I wonder about Deoxys and Jirachi (the new,er, sorta, mew & mewtwo). Like Mewtwo in Red, Blue and Yellow and the Cerulean cave and all those strong monsters.

yeah the 1st elite four, sidney has dark pokemon so use a strong blaziken and use fighting attacks.
2nd elite four phoebe has ghosts so dont use physical attacks.
3rd elite four glacia has ice. use blaziken against all the ice pokemon but use an electric against seleo and walrein because they know surf.
4th elite four drake uses dragon types. use dragon types against him, or you can just use kyogre and ice beam

It doesn't really matter what type of pokemon you use as long as you have skill. I have beaten the elite four many times, and I only have three level one hundred pokemon and the rest are 75. And you know what? all of them work fine because I tought them moves and defense, even my fire pokemon barely get hurt when against water. Just train well and evenly for high levels and strong moves, and teach them a variety of moves.
