Race in "Professional Mode"(Arcade Mode Only:
Goto the Difficulty Select Screen and press and hold the following:
L1 and R1
You will now see the Hard Level will turn into Professional
Goto the Difficulty Select Screen and press and hold the following:
L1 and R1
You will now see the Hard Level will turn into Professional
